1) Terms of Use

1. Subscription Fee: Access requires a subscription payment of K20 per month.
2. Payment Method: Payments must be made via Airtel Money to the official number displayed in the app.
3. Transaction ID Submission: After payment, submit the first 8 digits of your Airtel Money Transaction ID for verification.
4. Confirmation Time: Verification may take up to 24 hours depending on admin availability.
5. Rejected Requests: If rejected (fake/incorrect/not found), you may make payment again and resubmit an authentic Transaction ID.
6. No Unauthorized Access: Attempts to bypass confirmation, repeated fake IDs, or misuse may lead to temporary or permanent restriction.
7. Service Updates: Admin may update rules/features to improve operations and security.
8. Support: If you believe payment was correct but access was not granted, contact the administrator using: zebrontembo29@gmail.com.

2) Refund Policy

1. Refunds may be considered only if payment was made to the correct Airtel Money number, a valid Transaction ID was submitted, and access was not granted due to a confirmed system/admin error.
2. No refunds for wrong payment number, fake/incorrect IDs, or network fees/charges/levies deducted by Airtel Money.

3) Privacy Notice

1. Information collected may include:
   Full name, Student ID, NRC/Passport, email, phone number, gender, course/request details, and payment reference (first 8 digits).
2. How it is used:
   To verify identity, process requests, confirm subscription access, prevent duplicate/fraudulent submissions, and communicate outcomes.
3. Data protection:
   Data is used only for system operations and administration. Access is restricted to authorized admin accounts.
